It's terror by night once more in the much-anticipated sequel to last year's surprise box office smash - warning: this film may leave you with a lingering feeling of unease...


When it finally found its way into cinemas, ultra-low-budget release 'Paranormal Activity' did what every horror film attempts to do - it terrified its audiences. Its home video-style footage of supernatural happenings in the home of Katie (Katie Featherston) and her boyfriend Micah (Micah Sloat) struck a nerve with viewers all over the world. Having recently moved in together, the couple found themselves plagued by an unknown malevolent spirit. The creepy goings-on included banging doors, the marks of a mysterious creature, Katie being viciously dragged from bed and scary happenings just out of shot... Now Katie is back as the second instalment hits the screen. Details are under close wraps, but we have a feeling we may need to sleep with the lights on after seeing this film.

Wall Street: Money Never Sleeps

The film's plot mainly centers on the reformed Gekko acting as more of an antihero rather than a villain and follows his attempts to help Wall Street before its soon-to-be stock market crash as well as trying to repair his relationship with his daughter Winnie with the help of Jacob, Winnie's fiance. In return, Gekko helps Jacob get revenge on the man he blames for his mentor's death.
